Cooking challenged

Philip K. Dick once wrote to his mother that I was “the worst cook I have ever met”.  Well I’ll never be a 5-star chef, but I have learned how to put together a tasty meal.

And I do it without popping a frozen dinner into the microwave and nuking it.

I’m sharing a few tips and recipes in my latest book.

For example, you can pop a roast into the slow cooker and leave it until it’s done.

You can steam or boil rice, then turn it into fried rice with veggies and egg.

It’s easy!
