I guess I can’t dance

When I was young, I used to go roller skating at a rink that had a live organist.  My favorite tune, which I often requested, was “Sweet Georgia Brown” (perhaps because my baby sister was named Georgia).  The lyrics go like this:  ”Two left feet, but oh so neat, is sweet Georgia Brown!”

In other words, she couldn’t dance because she had two left feet.

Well, about a week ago, I ordered a pair of boots from a seller on the Amazon Marketplace.  They arrived yesterday, and both boots were for my left foot.  Maybe I can’t dance, but I also can’t wear two left boots.

I should have taken a photo of them, but I’ve already wrapped them up to be returned.   Maybe I should unwrap them and snap a photo.

Yes, I think I will do that.  BRB

Okay, now I have a photo of my two left boots, so you can see that I have not made a mistake.

I guess I can’t dance, but I also can’t wear these boots.
